Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200. Thaw pastry.
  2. Combine sausage, pork, onion, potato, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Lay a sheet of pastry on bench. Cut in half.
  4. Spoon mince onto each pastry half. Fold over, and join the edges (use a fork e.g.). Cut into 4 short pieces. Repeat for all sheets.
  5. Brush with a little milk. Bake for 30 min or until golden.
