Method

  1. Prepare the crust.
  2. Chop pumpkin and boil. Once cooked, mash till nice and chunky.
  3. Caramelise the onion+garlic mix.
  4. Saute the spinach, with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the eggs and cheese. Add the nuts, pumpkin, onion, and spinach. Season with salt & pepper, herbs, and nutmeg.
  6. Pour into crust and bake
