Ingredients
- Pepper and eggplant spread
- Roasted garlic and onion
- Fresh tomatoes
- Yellow cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Feta
- Fresh basil
Method
- Roast garlic and onion.
- Chop up all tomatoes.
- Spread pepper over sliced bread.
- Add garlic and onion. Then tomatoes. Then sprinkle with oil & balsamic. Then crush cheese. Then tear basil on top.
